摘要

为探究不同碳材料载体负载的镍基催化剂对木质素解聚的影响,制备了活性炭(AC)、石墨烯纳米片(GNSs)和多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)3种维度载体的镍基催化剂,并分析了3种催化剂结构差异对木质素催化解聚的影响。结果表明,在相同的反应温度和时间下,Ni/GNSs对木质素的转化高于Ni/MWCNT和Ni/AC;而Ni/MWCNT对解聚产物中芳香类化合物的选择性高于Ni/GNSs和Ni/AC。

Abstract

In order to explore the effect of nickel-based catalysts supported by different carbon materials on the depolymerization of lignin, nickel-based catalysts supported by activated carbon (AC), graphene nanosheets (GNSS) and multi wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) respectively are prepared.The effects of structural differences of three catalysts on the depolymerization of lignin are analyzed.It is found that under the same reaction temperature and time, the conversion of lignin by Ni/GNSs is higher than that by Ni/MWCNT or Ni/AC, while the selectivity of aromatic compounds in depolymerized products by Ni/MWCNT is higher than that by Ni/GNSs or Ni/AC.
